Delivery / Shipping
We aim to get your order fulfilled and shipped ASAP. There may be some instances where this can take a bit longer. For example if we have a large amount of orders and we are at printer capacity then depending on what you've ordered it can take up to 10 business days for your order to be fulfilled and dispatched to you. Once it is dispatched we will send you an email with a tracking link.
We are a small business (just my wife and I) as such we operate a just in time business model where we produce the items after the order has been placed. This is to keep costs down. We do however keep a small stock of popular items that are being sold so these will usually be dispatched within a couple of days. But do note if there are a large influx of orders we will give priority to dispatch the orders placed first and work our way through them.
We ship worldwide. Depending on where you live shipping times may vary. You can see an estimate here: https://www.royalmail.com/sending/international. We always send a tracking code with your dispatch email (be sure to check your junk email folder), so you can track your order all the way from when it leaves us to landing on your door step.
